What do we stand for?

Orchid & Ivy represents the belief that every individual is unique and capable of growth, and with the right support, connection, and nurturing environment, they can truly thrive.

The Orchid

The orchid symbolizes sensitivity, resilience, and rare beauty. Like the clients we support, these flowers are often misunderstood as “difficult,” yet they flourish when nurtured in the right environment.

The Ivy

Ivy represents connection, perseverance, and community. It grows by reaching out and intertwining—just as we foster connections among families, caregivers, therapists, and participants. Thriving in diverse conditions, ivy symbolizes inclusive growth and the strength that comes from support.

Our team is happy to assist families in navigating funding options so that everyone can access the support they need.

Program Fees

Our enrichment programs are priced per program (4 weeks) and in-home services are priced per session. The price for each program may vary depending on the materials and experiences provided. Exact rates will be shared when you select your program or service.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card (3% service fee), check, cash. Payment is due prior to the start of the program unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

  • Enrichment Programs: Fees for enrichment programs are non-refundable due to materials, planning, and staffing requirements.

  • In-Home Services: We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness for all families and our staff, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel an in-home service.
